1. Strategy
Before you dive right in and publish something on social media, let’s take a step back and look at the bigger picture. The first step is to think about your social media strategy. BDT works with the client to develop a content strategy, taking into account the client's overall business goals and target audience.
2. Planning and Publishing
BDT will create and update a content calendar to ensure that all posts are scheduled in advance and align with the content strategy. Four posts will be created and scheduled monthly (one per week) for each of the four social media platforms.
3. Platform Management
BDT will manage the client's social media platforms, including updating company information, responding to messages and comments, and notifying team members of engagement.
4. Analytics & Reporting
BDT will provide analytics and reporting on the performance of the social media posts, including engagement and reach. Regular communication will be established with the client, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the progress, and given the opportunity to provide feedback on the performance of the campaign.
