Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return

  • Authorization must be received from Black Diamond Technologies to initiate return.
  • The item has been verified as qualified for manufacturer warranty service/replacement.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The return must take place within 30 Days of the purchase date.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will send a return shipping label to the customer by email which will need to be attached to the return package. The return shipping cost will be billed to the return customer and deducted from the return amount.

Any product returned to Black Diamond Technologies without prior authorization from Black Diamond Technologies will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and Black Diamond Technologies will not ship the product back to you. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items Refund Policy

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will send a return shipping label to the customer by email which will need to be attached to the return package. We only replace items if they qualify for manufacturer warranty.

Shipping Policy

Black Diamond Technologies fulfills the customer’s shipment based on the carrier and shipping options the customer selected to deliver their order.

To return the product, the customer should mail the product to the address received in the return authorization e-mail.

Any returns or warranty shipments will be shipped by UPS Ground prepaid by Black Diamond Technologies. If a quicker service is required then we can ship with UPS using one of their expedited services. In this case the cost of the expedited service will be quoted in advance to the customer and upon approval the customer will then be billed with an Invoice sent to the customer’s e-mail. Once the invoice is paid online then the package will be processed for shipping.

Depending on where the customer lives, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach them may vary.

The customer will receive a quantum view notification directly from UPS containing tracking information. Black Diamond Technologies will pay for adequate insurance to cover the cost of the tool in the event of damage or loss during shipping.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been processed, cancellations of orders are not permitted. All sales are final unless the product satisfies our return policy and meets the manufacturer return/replacement conditions.
